Night Package: events that will continue through 5pm or late

Our venue is the perfect place for receptions, parties, and other small events! We have two party rooms to accommodate your needs for a variety of groups and sizes.
Gold Room Package
Friday or Saturday night: $1,200
$500 refundable cleaning and incidental deposit
Comfortably seats 120 guests; Guests are based on table placement/seating arrangement
Combine with the Silver & Bronze Room to fit up to 200 guests!
Included in the rental fee:
- Tables: 72" (6ft) Round, 96" (8ft) Rectangular
- Chairs
- Rental until 12 AM or later
- Early setup is available day of the event
* ALL evening events must have at minimum 1 security guard/venue tenant. The cost per guard is $45/hour and will be from the start of the event to the end after the last guests leave.
* If renting 2+ rooms, only one deposit is needed for the rental.
Silver Room Package
Friday or Saturday night: $400
$250 refundable cleaning and incidental deposit
Comfortably seats 40-48 guests
Combine with the Bronze Room to fit up to 80+ guests!
Included in the rental fee:
- Tables: 72" (6ft) Round, 96" (8ft) Rectangular
- Chairs
- Rental until 12 AM or later
- Early setup is available day of the event
*ALL evening events must have at minimum 1 security guard/venue tenant. The cost per guard is $45/hour and will be from the start of the event to the end after the last guests leave.

Bronze Room Package
Friday or Saturday night: $400
Comfortably seats 48-64 guests; Guests are based on table placement/seating arrangement.
Only available in addition to the Gold or Silver room.
Included in the rental fee:
- Tables: 72" (6ft) Round, 96" (8ft) Rectangular
- Chairs
- Rental until 12 AM
- Early setup is available day of the event
* All rooms can be rented at the same time to accommodate more guests or additional space.
* If renting 2+ rooms, only one deposit is needed for the rental.
Beverage Packages
ABSOLUTELY no outside alcohol can be brought into the Venue.
Option 1:
Fountain soda, tea, coffee, well drinks & domestic keg
Maximum 5-hour limit
$25/person + 20% service fee
Option 2:
Well & Premium liquor, Domestic Keg
Maximum 5-hour limit
$35/person + 20% service fee
Option 3:
Open or Cash Bar
Option 4:
Beverage à la carte by individual cases of beer or Kegs and liquor bottle types
