What is your maximum capacity? Each room has a different capacity. The Gold room can host up to 120 guests, the Silver room can host 40-48 guests, and guests are based on table placement/seating arrangements.

Can we bring in our own food? Of course! You are more than welcome to bring in your own food. Small refrigeration is available, but the kitchen will not be available. Non-alcoholic drinks are allowed only if you are not purchasing a beverage package.

What's the payment plan for the entire bill? What forms of payment do you accept?  Rental fees are due at time of signing the rental agreement. Deposits are due 30 days prior to the scheduled event along with the beverage package option and payment. We accept all forms of payment!

How much is the deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable? Deposits are due 30 days prior to the scheduled event; they are refundable based on how you leave the rental. Each room requires a different deposit based on the day you are looking to rent. 

Can I rent any of the rooms at the same time? Yes! Whether you need additional space for a few extra guests or a room for gifts or other items, you may rent 2 or all 3 rooms at the same time.

What is your cancellation policy? The rental fee is non-refundable. However, if you have already purchased a beverage package more than 30 days prior to your event, the package and the 20% service fee are fully refundable. If you cancel within less than 29 days of the event, the beverage package is only 50% refundable, the service fee will not be refundable. The cleaning & incidental deposit is fully refundable during any period of cancellation.
